JD Fitness Terms of Service: coaching enrollment information
Terms last updated November 7, 2026. Unrelated website-use provisions remain unchanged. The approved scheduling, cancellation, refund and app guidance below describe new offers; remaining service terms must be completed and expressly agreed before enrollment. Confirm the legal seller, required notice details, service dates, available capacity, Foundation billing and partial-week treatment, and provider-loss allocation in that agreement. They do not automatically amend an existing client agreement or override rights required by law.
Three anchors, agreed together
Premium is $11,700 total for six calendar months, including three private 60-minute Anchor sessions each week. JD and the client agree the service dates, anchor days and times during consultation. Variations require mutual agreement and availability. Calendar session-count differences alone do not change the package price; no fixed numerical session total is promised.
24-hour notice; a 14-day makeup window
All paid coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. For Premium, a qualifying cancellation may be moved to an available replacement appointment within 14 calendar days of the original appointment, at or before the same local time in Houston. The replacement must also fall within the paid six-calendar-month term unless JD and the client agree a term extension in writing. Confirm the replacement with JD; sending a request alone does not reserve a time.
A replacement, not an extra entitlement
An approved makeup replaces the original included session; it does not create another session allowance. A later week can contain a makeup in addition to its regular anchors. Moving the same appointment again does not restart its original 14-day deadline. Any extension to that deadline must be agreed in writing. A specific replacement time is not guaranteed. If no suitable slot is available, JD and the client agree the remedy before treating the appointment as resolved.
Separate rules for each plan
The 14-day makeup benefit applies to Premium only. Foundation’s five weekly credits still expire at the Sunday-to-Monday midnight boundary in Houston, with no rollover; Signature’s included term remains unchanged. Cancelling an appointment does not cancel future Foundation monthly billing. Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show uses the one reserved session, subject to the Premium courtesy or an agreed written exception. No additional late-cancellation or no-show fee is charged; the same appointment is never counted twice. Review the full cancellation and refund policy in the Terms of Service before enrollment. Publishing this policy does not activate automatic credit, booking or billing enforcement.
One monthly Premium courtesy
Premium includes one late-reschedule courtesy per calendar month in Houston time, requested before the appointment starts. Unused courtesies do not roll over; an ordinary no-show does not automatically qualify. The original 14-day deadline and paid-term boundary still apply unless extended in writing.
Coaching scheduling, cancellations and refunds
Appointment notice and requests
All paid coaching appointments are 60 minutes. Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; notice received exactly 24 hours before the appointment qualifies. The cutoff uses actual elapsed time before the scheduled start. Calendar dates and deadlines use Houston time, America/Chicago. Use the designated monitored email or Trainerize contact route identified in your enrollment agreement. Notice is measured when your request reaches that channel, not when JD replies. Keep your message or confirmation record. A replacement is reserved only after JD confirms it. A verified channel outage or disputed receipt is reviewed with you before a session is marked used.
Late cancellations, no-shows and arrival
Less than 24 hours’ notice is a late cancellation. A no-show means you do not attend and have not contacted JD before the scheduled start. Subject to the Premium courtesy or an agreed written exception, a late cancellation or no-show uses only the reserved session and receives no replacement: one applicable Foundation weekly credit, one Signature included session, or the affected Premium Anchor or makeup entitlement. No additional late-cancellation or no-show fee is charged; the same appointment is never counted twice. Arriving late does not extend the original end time or create replacement minutes. If you arrive during the appointment, JD will offer the remaining time when safe and practicable. No numerical arrival-grace cutoff is imposed by this policy.
Timely changes and weekly boundaries
A timely Foundation cancellation does not use a credit, but a replacement must be confirmed for an available Monday–Friday appointment in the same eligible paid week. Its unused weekly credits do not roll over or extend beyond paid coverage. Signature timely cancellations may be rebooked by agreement within the existing 12-week term; they do not gain Premium’s 14-day makeup benefit or an automatic term extension. These scheduling boundaries do not dispose of services JD failed to deliver. No numerical outstanding-makeup cap is imposed by this policy.
Premium courtesy and written exceptions
Premium includes one late-reschedule courtesy per calendar month in Houston time, requested before the appointment starts. Unused courtesies do not roll over; an ordinary no-show does not automatically qualify. The original 14-day deadline and paid-term boundary still apply unless extended in writing. The courtesy belongs to the month of the original appointment and is recorded as used only after a replacement or other remedy is confirmed with you; a failed scheduling request alone does not use it. JD may agree a reasonable emergency exception for any plan in writing. Do not put sensitive medical details in public booking forms. An exception does not automatically pause billing or extend a paid term, and does not replace rights provided by law.
Makeup expiry and delivery protection
A client-caused Premium makeup may expire at its original 14-day deadline or the paid-term end, whichever comes first, unless an extension is agreed in writing. Before applying expiry, JD will confirm that reasonable replacement availability was offered and that a trainer-caused cancellation or verified notice-channel outage did not prevent completion. The replacement must occur within the approved window, not merely be requested by its deadline. Repeated moves never create a new entitlement or restart the original deadline.
If JD cancels or cannot deliver
If JD cancels or cannot reasonably deliver a qualifying appointment, it is not treated as your late cancellation, no-show or client-caused expiry. It does not use your courtesy or another session allowance. JD and you will arrange a suitable replacement or written extension. If no suitable remedy is agreed, JD will provide a proportionate monetary refund for undelivered service under the allocation disclosed in your enrollment agreement, subject to any greater right required by law. A credit, different coach or substitute service cannot replace a monetary refund owed by law. A trainer-related early end is also reviewed as undelivered service, not a client penalty. Any legally required extension remains available without requiring a separate discretionary exception.
Ending service and Foundation renewal
Cancelling an appointment is different from ending your coaching agreement or stopping recurring billing. Send an ordinary termination request through the designated monitored notice channel in your enrollment agreement and state the requested effective date. JD will confirm receipt and the billing outcome in writing; a later reply does not change the receipt date. A Foundation termination request received before the next monthly renewal stops that renewal and later billing. Signature and Premium keep their stated fixed terms; this policy does not authorize a new renewal or installment arrangement. Any legally required notice method remains available and is not replaced by an ordinary email or app request.
Refunds and legally protected rights
Except for refunds required by law, remedies for services JD cannot deliver, or an exception agreed with JD in writing, there is no voluntary refund for unused services because you change your mind, travel or stop attending during a paid period. A valid Foundation termination request still stops future renewals. Legal cancellation, refund and other rights remain intact. Nothing in these rules limits a cancellation, refund, extension, claim or other remedy required by applicable law. Where the Texas Health Spa Act applies, its required notices, cancellation procedures, full-refund rights, unearned-payment calculations and deadlines control over any inconsistent package rule. A used-session consequence is not deducted from a statutory full refund. JD will provide an itemized calculation and issue any refund owed within the period required by applicable law. This policy does not adopt a voluntary daily or per-session early-termination refund formula.
Nutrition and meal guidance through Trainerize
Premium includes practical nutrition and meal guidance through the JD Fitness custom app, powered by Trainerize. Build manageable food choices around office days, travel and meals out, with optional sample meal ideas rather than a compulsory rigid menu. App access is provided after enrollment and is also part of JD Fitness’s existing coaching experience—not a Premium-exclusive app. Guidance is general nutrition education, not medical nutrition therapy or treatment; clinical needs and therapeutic diets require an appropriately qualified professional.
Website use alone is not acceptance of a paid coaching contract. A displayed cancellation policy does not enforce Calendly changes, a makeup deadline or client credits. Online paid-client scheduling and financing are not activated by this addendum.
